Dawn (who has a huge hairy bush) is paying a visit to Edward, one of her tenants, who hasn't delivered the rent for 3 months. She arranges an alternative form of payment, where Edward is supposed to sexually satisfy her needs. Unfortunately Edward is not really up to the task and his wife Jill arrives back home to witness his failure.
